Summary of the bill as introduced: Outlines additional medical conditions presumed to be occupational diseases of firefighters for the purposes of workers' compensation. This bill also deletes the requirement that eligibility for this presumption be conditioned upon the medical condition having developed while the firefighter was actively engaged in firefighting or within 24 hours of the last firefighting.
